WEICON Anti-Spatter Spray prevents the adhesion of welding splashes on gas nozzles and workpiece surfaces, offers gap-free protection for the welding process, and makes follow-up cleaning of the work-pieces with a spatula, brush or chisel superfluous. The silicone-free spray is used to clean welding nozzles and to keep them clean. At the same time, it protects the work piece to be welded against the effect of weld splashes without impairing the welding seam. Post-treatment of the work-piece (such as bronzing, galvanisation, anodising or painting) is possible without special cleaning. Cleaning, e.g. with WEICON Spray Cleaner S, may be necessary solely in the case of excessive spraying.

WEICON Fire Safe is a white, flame-retardant 2-component adhesive that can be applied with a spatula. It is suitable for applications in the fire protection sector and is used for fastening wear protection ceramics or steel parts to a wide variety of surfaces, such as metal, concrete or similar materials. The adhesive system is very strong, hard-flexible after curing and has been modified to be impact-resistant. The adhesive does not become brittle even under the most extreme conditions. It exhibits good wear protection properties in the event of particle erosion, has good chemical resistance and is solvent-free. WEICON Fire Safe contains additives that cause self-extinguishing within a few seconds. It was tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 340 at the DMT in Dortmund and successfully passed the test. The special adhesive can be used in many areas of application, e.g. for fastening fire barriers and covers or components with fire resistance requirements. Fire Safe can be used in a wide variety of industrial areas, e.g. in refineries, in cement production, in the chemical industry, in tank construction, valve construction or insulation technology.

WEICON Rust Converter: For the effective neutralisation of rust on rusty cast iron and steel surfaces. Protects from corrosion and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The Rust Converter is based on epoxy resin and forms a metallic-organic iron complex with the rust layer. This connection is stabilised by the special epoxy resin, which protects metals from external impacts. The black layer formed serves as base coat and is the foundation for the subsequent, permanent coating. The spray is anti-corrosive, has excellent capillary action and a high opacity. It is temperature-resistant up to +80 °C (short-term < 15 min. up to +160 °C), has good weather and UV resistance as well as excellent resistance to solvents. WEICON Rust Converter is free of heavy metals and mineral-acid. Rust Converter can be applied to all rusty areas, e.g. on machines or in plants, on agricultural equipment as well as motor vehicles. The spray can also be used as a protective, rust preventive layer.

The automatic wire stripper can be used for stripping all common stranded and solid conductors from 0.2 to 16 mm². An adjustable length stop from 5 to 25 mm enables very precise and accurate working. The length stop can be removed, if required. The wire stripper automatically to adjusts to the required conductor cross-section – so no manual adjustment is necessary. The stripping tool features an integrated side cutter, which is suitable for conductors made of copper and aluminium up to a diameter of three millimetres. Thanks to slim design of the tool, the stripper can also be used in working areas that are difficult to access, such as in switch cabinets. The mechanics of the stripping tool are very smooth-running and have proven to be durable and reliable in numerous tests. The wire stripper has a non-slip multi-component handle in the blue-red "Ice Crack" design. The wire stripper has an eyelet to attach a strap for fall protection and is equipped with a labelling surface to be able to individualise the tool. In addition, the tool has a locking mechanism for space-saving storage.

Flex 310 M FireSeal is a permanently elastic adhesive and sealant based on SMP with a fire resistance up to 120 minutes. Tested and classified for all joint structures according to EN 1366-4. The paint-compatible sealant with very low volume shrinkage meets the highest demands in terms of fire protection, such as the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation IMO FTPC Parts 2+5 as well as for rail vehicles in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2 R22/23 HL3. The very low emissions allow safe indoor application. Flex 310 M FireSeal adheres very well even to powder-coated, painted, galvanised, anodised, chromated and hot-dip galvanised surfaces. It is suitable for use on metal, plastics, concrete and wood. The adhesive and sealant can be used in many application areas. It is suitable for fire barriers and covers, for joints in non-structural components with fire resistance requirements, for connection joints and for sealing cable ducts, pipe openings and housings. Flex 310 M FireSeal can also be used in other industrial areas, such as vehicle and body construction, container construction, apparatus and fittings construction, the energy and electrical industries, insulation technology and plastics technology.

The assembly paste WEICON Anti Seize High-Tech is high-temperature-resistant, has excellent separating characteristics, is metal-free, neutral to materials and has an NSF registration. It is particularly suitable when metal-containing pastes can cause electrolytic reactions, when nickel-containing products should or may not be used due to health reasons and when dark metal-containing products should or may not be used for visual reasons.
